Will it work on my sofa?

It works on woven fabric, microfibre, corduroy, canvas, leather and short-pile carpet. On very loose knits use short strokes rather than long pulls.

Is it safe on my pet?

Yes. The face is brushed fabric — no teeth, no blades, no static shock. Most cats treat it as being stroked.

How do I clean it?

Peel the mat of hair off with your fingers. Every few uses, rinse it under the tap and let it dry.

How long does one last?

There is nothing to consume — no sheets, no refills. Rinse it and it keeps working.

What size is it?

The working face is 20 by 15 cm. It fits either hand and the strap adjusts.

Which offer should I pick?

One mitt does one room. Most people keep one on the sofa, one in the car and one spare, which is why the three-glove offer is the one that goes out most.

When will it arrive?

Free shipping on every order, no minimum. We pack within 1–2 days and it is at your door in 5–12 days, tracked. Your tracking number is emailed the day it ships.

Do you ship to my country?

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union.

What if it is not right for me?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. No restocking fee and no forms.

Is paying here safe?

Checkout runs on Shopify. Card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch our servers.
