This store is operated by Goldoma LTD (United Kingdom) and Goldoma LLC (United States), trading as PawMitt. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Orders and prices

We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships; if we do, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud or cannot deliver to the address — and refund it in full.

Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can, including its size and the surfaces it is designed for. Photographs are of the product itself. Colour on a screen can differ slightly from the item in your hand.

Delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and arrive within 5–12 days, tracked. Delivery is free with no minimum. Delivery times are working estimates based on the carriers we use; delays caused by a carrier or by customs are outside our control, and if a parcel is late past day 12 we chase or replace it.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery, and your statutory cancellation rights on top. The full policy is on the returns page.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify. Card details go to the payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Intellectual property

The PawMitt name, the site text, photographs and layout belong to us. Customer footage and marketplace review photographs are reproduced with their source stated.

Liability

The product is a cleaning and grooming glove for ordinary household use. Used as described, it is safe on fabric and on animals. We are not liable for damage caused by using it in a way it was not designed for. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

For consumers in the United Kingdom these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts. Your local consumer-protection rights always apply.
