Shipping & delivery
Free tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum. Free whether you buy one glove or four.
Where we ship
Three countries: the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands. If you are anywhere else, checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.
How long it takes
- Packing: 1–2 working days after you order, wherever you are.
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days from order to door.
- Ireland and the Netherlands: 3–7 working days from order to door.
- Tracking: every order is tracked. The number is emailed the day the parcel leaves.
If 10 working days pass on a UK order, or 15 on an Irish or Dutch one, and it has not arrived, write to us and we will chase it, replace it or refund you.
Duty and VAT
United Kingdom: the price at checkout is the price. There is nothing further to pay.
Ireland and the Netherlands: parcels are sent from our UK warehouse, so they cross an EU customs border. Import VAT at your national rate may be collected by the carrier before delivery, along with the carrier's own handling fee. That charge is set by your customs authority and the carrier, not by us, and it is the buyer's responsibility. There is no customs duty on an order of this value.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, write to us the same day and we can still change it. Once a parcel has shipped the address is fixed by the carrier.
