Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum. There is one delivery price and it is zero — whether you buy one glove or four.

How long it takes

• Packing: 1–2 working days after you order.
• Transit: 5–12 days, and no longer than 12.
• Tracking: every order is tracked. The number is emailed the day the parcel leaves.

So from the moment you order, expect the parcel within 5 to 12 days. If day 12 passes and it has not arrived, write to us and we will either chase it or replace it.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom is our home market. We also ship to Ireland and the rest of the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Duty and handling

The price you pay at checkout is the price. We do not add handling fees. In the rare case a carrier or customs authority raises a charge, that charge is theirs and is the buyer's responsibility — it is unusual on an order of this size.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your address, write to us the same day and we can still change it. Once a parcel has shipped the address is fixed by the carrier.
